Retail Packaging Program Coordinator buy in US, Free Classifieds Ads

Coordinate and monitor production forecasts and schedules and order process from supplier purchase through customer invoicing, including analysis, evaluation and coordination of logistics arrangements with operations team to ensure that customer's production demand needs are met in accurate and timely manner. Works with internal and external kitting operations to develop process for locations to report inventory. Responds to customer inquiries and requests trouble- shoots problems and recommends remedial actions. Prepare reports documentation and routine customer correspondence internally and externally. Participates in team environment and performs customer- specific activities for assigned customers. Provides sourcing assistance and manages and updates customer pricing. Continually strive to improve customer relationship.
Responsibilities:
Working on production forecast and coordination of production schedule for each location
Coordinating with locations to track raw materials & replenishment orders to meet production demand
Tracking daily production sheets to demand and notifying kitting teams when product mix/mold changes need to occur
Coordinating truck schedule and monitoring implementation with operations team
Coordinating safety requirements/documentation/CAR's/quality concerns
Participating in regular production calls at event times
Working with Sales on marketing/brand changes and on strategic solutions to improve margin and sales growth
Quarterbacking bids & reports
Inventory tracking, analysis and reporting
Work with Sales to implement or change pricing as needed
Complete cost and sell price audits on regular basis
Release order and manage orders for outside co-packer
Responsible to set up new item numbers along with obtaining copies of vendor quotes and setting up cost
Performs other related duties and responsibilities as required or assigned
Recognizes and identifies process improvement opportunities and helps implement improvements
Recognizes and identifies possible customer concerns and is able to mitigate problems.
Ability to take on special project work
Required Skills:

Can communicate to all levels within the organization
Required Experience/Education:
Customer Service experience, 5+ years preferred
Industry experience, 3+ years preferred
Associates/Bachelor degree preferred
